"It would probably appeal most to people involved in international nonprofits but not necessarily specifically water- even the water systems diagnostic part, the maintenance part, organizations that do holistic development work need the tool. They don't have the staff that knows water and they need the tool that takes care of a water system. Even in semi-tropical areas, there's water all around, but surface water may be contaminated, and the communities don't know how to harvest the rainfall," Evans explains.
